So no screws on the back window? Just the Butyl tape?

Its all coming together very nicely!

Chris and I wrapped up the Front Windshield Lexan today, glad to get this finished up. I've located some repop trim for it that should be better than what I had on it. Once that gets here we can put that on then reinstall the front end. Oil Pump showed up Friday, that's back on and no more leaks now.

3 steps forward this weekend!

Front End is back on, Lexan is done. Now need to do front end caster/camber/toe and see where the weight is at on the corners. Do some wiring for the front lights, do some flow testing and plumbing on the nitrous system, etc. etc.. Making headway ..

I'd be afraid to drive that car as nice as it is.

That looks awesome!

I love that front end shot.

Is that the new trim on the windshield?
Those who think they know it all have no way of finding out they don't.........

Yeah tell me about it, I get all kinds of worried I'm gonna scratch it or chip the paint or pull some stupid stunt and mess it up. I guess I'll get over it eventually. Yes, that's the repop front window trim, it's better than what I had, but it's not what I would call perfect, But hey the price was right from a buddy that wasn't happy with it. It's made by Corvex Moulding which if you want show quality, you should avoid however it's good enough for a race car.

Looks really good John. Taking your time and having patience really has paid off. You should be very proud of all the hard work you've put into it. :thumb:

We rolled her outside for the first time since coming home from paint yesterday so I had to snag a few pics. We got the front suspension mostly done, caster/camber/toe is all set. I'm going to tweak some corner weights today and we're going to set anti-roll & cal-tracs at race weight. Making some progress! Looking pretty good to make MoKan on the 20th for the Mako race, but not sure if I'll have the nitrous ready. If not we'll just run her on motor and get some passes in.

John, that thing looks awesome, paint looks better than mine, that's for sure.

Great job on the rebuild, hope it runs as good as it looks!

Thanks guys, I'm very happy with it. Robert did a great job on the paint. I hope it runs well too. It's not going to be as light as I had hoped, it's certainly lighter than it was but heavier than I expected after all the things I did to get weight out of it. Guess that just means more things to work on this winter. Probably going to end up about 30-50 lbs over min weight for our class at best estimate, I had hoped to come in under, but I guess all that cage added more than I expected.

MoKan looks possible, might be first time out though. I do need to buy me a trailer, guess I need to quit putting that off!
