Might be worth it to purchase Larry Meaux's Pipemax software. I used it to design my headers before I built them.

The program will give not only primary diameter & length, but also details on collector design and several options listing optimal and down.

Does Pipemax have options for power adders? Was wondering how they dealt with that?

I just looked and it appears that the program only does N/A.

I hear a lot of people speak very highly of that program. I suppose you could just treat a Nitrous engine as N/A, boosted would be a different story though.

What size primarys and collectors did it tell you was needed on your car?

Came up with 2 options.

2 1/4 to 2 3/8 step, or 2 3/8 straight. 4 1/2" collector.

Can't remember the primary or collector/exhaust lengths.

I would be betting a full-boogie nitrous hog is going to require more tube than the same sized N/A engine. Cylinder pressure is cylinder pressure and there's more spent gases to get rid of.........
