I had a life shocking experience happen to me yesterday and I'm not totally sure I'll ever recoup from it.

My son and I were coming home from church and we were wating for the light to turn green. So the light turns green and we pull out and there in the other lane, was this car. My son yells, WOW...LOOK AT THAT CAR, THAT'S A CAR!

It was a 69/70 green Nova.......

But I got to agree, it looked real nice and sounded real good.

Down the road a little sat this guys 69 Camaro, that I know of, which is real nice, not a word from him then.

At least he didn't say this about some import car with a tin can and a boom boom box.

So which one of you Nova Lord's paid my son off?

Could have been much worse, What if had been a ricer HoNdA or ToYoTa

I would have made him walk home!

He is in love with a 67 Impala that is on one of his favorite shows, I can deal with that, it's a bowtie car.

His birthday is next month and I was going to try and find him a model car kit, but it appears no model car company makes one yet.

He already told me that he doesn't want to be like his Uncle Mike, so I'm safe.

He's in good company, he's got the 69, then his Grandpa has a 80 Vette with a 383/ 4 speed and his uncle has a 78 Firebird.

His other uncle is following in very good footsteps and wants either a 68 or 69 Camaro...of course.

Great news.....he has changed his mind and wants a 4 door, 67 Impala, just like the one on the TV show, Super Natural.

That's a lot better then a Nova!

The world is changing. I have to admit several of my buds own Novas and one even has an Apollo.
I've even been seen helping work on them.
