19th is getting close, bet you're getting the itch. I'm hoping to get mine back together by the same date. We have a race at MoKan that weekend.

Yeah, along with other projects. Putting new trailer tires on now before I lose another one.

LOL...re-wrapping the taillight harness would be very exciting in a Camaro ;-)

The 40 year old wrap was a mess. Looks a ton better with fresh tape on it. Maybe it'll last another 40 years.

Wired the line lock, remounted my electronics panel, rewired the fuel pumps, and have started on the replacement fuel hose. Mowed the yard too. I could get used to this vacation stuff. Perfect weather for being off work.

Did you end up rigging the line lock up to cut the rear brakes?

Yes, I plumbed it in backwards and wired it to my burnout rev limiter switch. Hopefully I'll remember to keep my foot off the brakes when I activate it.

Yeah, that wouldn't be good. I'm curious to see how you like it once you get a chance to try that out.

If it works, it'll pretty much be just like I've done for years, minus the rear brake abuse. I just like the idea of being in full control of the front brakes for a smooth burnout.

What did you do with the line lock???

I'm having troubles getting me car to do a burnout. Wants to keep pushing me forward.

I was told to hook the line lock back up.
