I'm stranded at work right now... two computers with CPU's maxed out rebuilding 18,000+ web images.

Anyway, thanks for the welcome. Nice to see more Drag Racing interest in the area. Seems everyone is a bit behind in the web world. 8)

Welcome to the forum's Johnny... That must have fixed the signup problem... Glad to have you here!

Johnny can come up with some evil nitrous systems - we'll have to get a picture of your motor on here sometime

Note to other AOL users. Earlier today we had a ranson note turned on when you clicked on your email to validate your account. I don't think some were able to see the letters in the images, I turned that feature off. If you're having problems getting signed up please email admin@dragstuff.com and we'll get you fixed up.

Looks like the board is going to be a success John and with the people on here so far, its going to be a great resource.

It appears that I'll be missing next weeks race, so that'll make two in a row. Gotta find more time to get the engine finished up!

I think it's going to do ok, should be fun.

I could have had my crank installed last night if I had remembered to pick up a rear seal yesterday.. at least the clearances look fine, about .0025 on all of them. I know what you mean about missing races :(

Things should start going faster for me after Monday (as long as I quit changing my mind about things like I did with the rods!).

I'm really close to having everything I need. I thought I was going to get away with using the pushrods I have, but then I realized the Isky lifters are much taller than the old horizontal bar lifters I was using before. Oh well, there's another $90 gone.

At least Ebay got me some decent money for the 4.56 and 5.13 gears. Its going to be weird using 4.10s. I won't know what to do with streetable gears after running 4.88s and 5.13s for so long

Hi Greg,

Thanks for dropping in..

Greg's got a pretty bad ass Street Driven 1st gen Camaro...run's what 8.70?? Not sure exact times on it.

I need to start a new thread and have people post a little about themselves and their cars.. There are some very interesting cars and guys on here already.. I know most of you but not many of you know each other.

Stop in to the nitrous section now and then Greg, I think it'll get interesting...
