Thanks John, just the beginning of tuning, so we'll see how we do through the hot summer, but gotta admit it's got me worried a bit.

Very impressive indeed! 5.27 off the trailer, all-motor?
I broke a Jesel rocker testing last night. Very few cars at the track and really hot temps made for a tricky surface. 5.66 was the best I ran. Had to pull a ton of power out.
Still don't have a good root cause for the rocker failure.

Sorry to hear about the failure Craig. No further damage other than a rocker?
yes, N/A 582 bbc, basically a Super Comp bracket style build with Brodix 366MC Head Hunter heads on VP C15.

So far I've found the rocker that broke, two other rocker tips that got banged up during it all and their corresponding lash caps. I've got a race next weekend if I can get the rockers that quickly.

Looks like the car is working really good Todd, and the wheelie bar seemed to be doing it's job fine. Interesting to see it moving as the shocks extended.

The bars were barely touching the ground due to the rear separation/pinion rotation. The only pass it tried to use the bars was the very last one, the front rebound could have been a click or two tighter.
I plan to remove the bars once I'm comfortable with the shock settings under varying track conditions. The new AFCO Big Gun rebound valving up front appears to have helped the front end control a great deal.
