New toy I picked up last weekend @ Harbor Freight, it's an Air Powered Drum Pump.
I've had 3 or 4 different low cost manual pumps I've used for pumping fuel, and they all are junk. I finally broke down and bought one of these $65 air powered pumps. No moving parts, it pressurizes the drum and forces the liquid up the tube. Hopefully this one will work good!

No, haven't tried it yet. It'll be a while before I pump out some fuel for the car.
