Hey John,
Just in case you can use the Camaro trim, I found this set at Heartbeat City for $38.00:

I always thought the Camaro and Nova doors were pretty much the same size?

If Camaro parts were worth some ET, they would already be on there...

Takes a lot more than that to make me mad lol.. Hey, I used to own a Camaro myself and may again in the future. I've been drooling over the new ones quite a bit.

John,
I measured the spot on my front door panels where the molding goes and it's 39-1/4".
The rear, I'm not sure because I modified my rear panel to fit around the wheel tubs, but it may be close to 12"????

That sounds real close on the front doors, way short on the rear panels though. Thanks for measuring that for me.

Keep this in mind, I had to cut my rear panels so that trim might actually be around 15" or so.
I thought I had those pieces out in my shed so I quick ran out to look this morning and couldn't see them. But then again, my eyes were half shut, so I'll look again. If I have them I'll send them to you.

Re: Looking for chrome trim part for interior
I finished up the door panels last night finally, never did find any chrome trim, but I think they turned out looking decent without. They ended up a bit heavier than I wanted at about 5 lbs ea for the fronts, but without using Carbon Fiber I don't think I could have made them a lot lighter.

Looks good John
I'm surprised McMaster-Carr didn't have any type of trim?

Re: Looking for chrome trim part for interior
To be honest I didn't bother looking much further. We focused on getting the car running instead of messing with this stuff. Now I need to find some weight to take out to make up for door panels lol..

That would certainly get the weight down fast.
