Not many changes here, hoping to get a little more weight out for next season but mostly fixing bugs and freshening the engine. Ol blue has enough MPH to run in the 4.80's just need to get her to run what she should to the 330'. Hoping to run 4.90's consistently next year.

I think Ray will be 8.9's......

As for me, I'll be the slow person and hope for 11.1's with the new changes.

Working on the 60', went to the last tnt of the year and went best ever 1.298...getting so close.

I still think we can get a 1.27-1.28

Kicking around freshening the bottom end (12yrs old) and a cam swap this summer. I really need the car to go 11.40's in the heat to run the 11.50 index and have a chance. Right now it's close to a 50 but would rather have more in the bank.

Like Bruce said, I just want to get into the 8.90's in the cool air.

With the new class I'll be running, I won't be going any faster but hope to be right at the front of the pack. I'll have to add 200+ lbs and drop back to only a 53 jet in the cross plate. So I'll be lucky to run faster than 5.40. They really threw the weight on my combo. I'd be better off with a stock block big block with a nice set of heads but I'm not ready for another motor build at this point.

I'm thinking mine will go from 5.5's to 5.3's at 3600 lbs total weight with the changes. I thought I could get some weight off the car over the winter but it didn't happen. I'm luck to have a new transmission at this point.

Hopefully mine will start moving under it own power this weekend. Then taking it to dave Morgan chassis seminar to get some love. I've already had two guys challenge me (one just today) to some match races. So I'd better get some stuff ironed out quick.

I've got to get back moving on mine. I got a little done last weekend but not a ton. Been a little sick again this week but I hope to spend a good bit of time in the garage on Saturday.

Hitch what are you going to do with the Vette? TNT/ Brackets? Try your hand at that new Street Class?

Hauling my block to the machine shop this afternoon.

Well my too do list is getting smaller and smaller, just one big thing yet to go and that's getting the new gears in.

Other then that, I think I'm ready for opening day, which is March 22 for TNT.

For the first year probably just tnt. Until I learn to drive that will be the better part of it. And some Street driving. I would like to start doing the street car stuff, and bracket racing. You should tell mako to allow 4 link car's! Remember last time I drove the vette down the track it went 14.80 something. So jumping head first into a 2800 pound 750 horse car may have some learning curve.
