Well John, how did things go?
Give us some good news, because I'm tired of hearing about how Tony Stewart killed this kid....which was tragic incident.
Those who think they know it all have no way of finding out they don't.........

We did pretty good, got her into the 4.80's twice with a 4.86 and a 4.85, new best 60' with a 1.175, new best MPH 147.8 but only got to the second round and got outran with a 4.79.

Was pretty happy with the car's performance, we made some good gains last weekend!

Wow, that's great :thumb: :thumb:
Can't beat those times and that 60'.
Congrats to Team Heard.
Are we going to see 4.6's by the end of this year?

I don't know about 60's, but I think we have a good chance at 70's for sure. The air was really shitty this weekend, 120 water grains, like pea soup outside.

More great passes John, CONGRATS!!!! That is a great 60' time. What tire is on Frank? Looks like you have got the chassis figured out for sure. I watched the video you posted and no big wheelies just going forward. Very nice.... :thumb:

That tire is pretty amazing. Putting that tire on our Nova has totally changed it. The car never ran this hard on the slick and so far, we have not been able to find the limit of how hard we can hit it. We have found what to do to make it do a 200ft wheel stand. LOL We have improved our 60' by a tenth over the slick in just 7 passes.

Wow Ron, that's quite an improvement. Makes me tempted to try them but they look so wrong on a man-sized Chevelle. If I could knock a tenth off my 60', I might have to forget about style points.

Qualifying in the heat is the biggest issue we've had with them. That's normal with a radial though.

Thanks Mike... I did change to some rear Menscer DA Afco's from the old Calvert/Rancho SA shocks so I can't say it is all the tire but so far I'm really impressed. Heck even my wife asked me to explain to her why we have not been using the Pro's before this year. LOL
