Bummer, but I'm not surprised. That seems to happen a lot when they race faster cars that aren't part of the show.

I think most of the show is staged, but it is good entertainment...lol

Clint's car is a 4.60 car, it's pretty darn fast and he's no dummy when it comes to getting down the track. Oh well... Like you said it's a show not real.

Someone around here is trying to get an OSCA vs OKC thing going. OSCA is the organization I race with. I guess everyone just wants to try to get on TV. I really don't like the idea of no-prep races. Great way to spend thousands of dollars in about 2 seconds.

Yeah I've raced enough on "kinda sorta" prep to really not like the idea of "no" prep lol..

We had a race late last year that was probably as bad as no prep in the summer. It was really cold and no one was getting down the track until eliminations started. I was very happy to just be crewing that race and not have my car out there. Somehow no one piled it up. More than a few close calls though.

I see Chiefy is gonna bolt some radials on and try to go a round at SGMP here soon. Any bets he won't make it past 1st round?

Is it SGMP or is it Memphis?

He better go test on a real track on radials if he's going to do any good.

Might be. I think I saw something from Tyler Crossnoe on FB about it so that got me thinking it was Memphis. Might be both?
