Was wondering if most people leave on big kit then bring in a smaller kit...or the other way around????
Big tire car and can handle 350 now.....but want to add 200 for 2nd kit...
Any input????
Thanks...

Depends on what the car wants, but in general the goal is to get it all in as fast as you can. So if it's taking a 350 off the bat, sounds like adding the 200 as a 2nd kit would be the way to go like within the first .7 to 1.0 second range.

If your second stage is on a timer you might be better to bring it in sooner rather than add hp.
I run 400 hp off the line and another 300 on a timer which I vary from .4 of a sec up to 1 second depending on the conditions

You add 700 HP worth of N02 to your ride ? Is that where the 'Chevyfireball' nickname comes from ?
Geez louise, that's gotta be like hitching a ride on the space shuttle at liftoff.
If you don't mind my asking, how much are you making on motor and what sort of times are you turning ? Is this 1/8 or 1/4 mile ?

Yep, I was right. It's *exactly* like the space shuttle except without all the orbital insertion stuff.
2050 hp. Wow.

Ok holy stromboli that's a lot of power. I was 16 when I first joined a group of adults who were racing. I was in it for three years, and our first year we used a 1970 challenger r/t with a 426 and a supercharger. Ran into the low eights. I'm trying to get back into it, but it's been so long, I need to refresh a bit. When you have two stages of nitrous, are they both built into the tune? Or is the first one in the tune and the second one manual?
