Yeah that's what I hear it has to be squared cut and jig welded there is a place here David price metal works he also has a race car and races at summit motor sports drag strip here in Norwalk ohio

Buy the way I would sell you these wheels (15"-10",5.5" BS, 4.75 bolt pattern) I've posted for $200.0 + shipping if you want them. They're used and have tire screw hole in them. No center caps, not needed to show axles. These wheels sell for about $220.00 each.

For now I'm going to hold off on rims and tires just tryin to get the body work done and I have a lot to do yet thanks for the info though

I run 28 X 10.5 on a 10" rim. I've also ran the same tire size on a 12" rim no problems with a minitub. I used to run a 29 X 12 on a 12" rim, that worked as well...but it was really tight between the frame and tire and tire to fender lip.

Almost always for these types are cars we're talking about 15" diameter rims.

So to run. 28x10.5 tire I need a 10x15 rims at what ever bs I measure up? This combo will work as a mini tub correct

Just something to think about.
I used to run the older MT drag radials (275's), loved them. They had great traction and rode nice. They did not however last long on the street so i have since moved to ET streets (non-radials). They last much longer but do not ride as nice as the radials.
